Federal Judicial Center gov.ntis.ava21308vnb1 4584-V/04 Progress Report: Implementing Monograph 109 Over the past year, districts have implemented numerous changes to their policies and practices to conform with the revisions to Monograph 109, the Supervision of Federal Offenders. While some changes have been relatively easy, others have required a significant commitment of staff time and effort. A panel representing three districts will discuss the challenges, solutions, and positive outcomes they have experienced to date. The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courtsâ Office of Probation and Pretrial Services staff will answer questions from the field, and provide information on policy updates and the revised district review process.
