Federal Judicial Center gov.ntis.ava21218vnb1 Public Information and Outreach Probation and Pretrial Services In this program a panel of chiefs provides examples of innovative programs and other resources available to districts that can be used in developing outreach programs that inform the court family, service providers, and the community about the functions and impact of probation and pretrial services. The chiefs also discuss the role these outreach initiatives have played in crime prevention. The program features interviews with David Sellers, assistant director of the AO Office of Public Affairs and John Hughes, assistant director of the AO Office of Probation and Pretrial Services.
