Office of the Chief Signal Officer. (09/18/1947 - 02/28/1964). A film version of the legendary 1940's stage show, this film features a topical melange of songs and skits. Jerry Jonas, a singer/dancer, is drafted into the army in World War I and sent to Camp Upton where he becomes responsible for putting on an all-military musical show.
