To depict a combat situation, the picture ranges from scenes showing a division-wide alert to the assault parachute jump putting the 82nd into \"war.\" The division gets an assist from other XVIII Airborne Corps units cast in the film. This documentary film shows what today's airborne is expected to be able to accomplish in an emergency.
